Tips to reduce belly fat:
- Don't isolate just your stomach.
- Don't starve yourself.
- Consume healthy fats.
- No white carbohydrates.
- Two - three liters water daily.
- Drink glass of water before eating.
- Never skip breakfast.
- Manage stress (reduce cholesterol).
- Increase green leafy veggies.
- Eat lean protein. Eat five small meals a day. Eat slowly.
- Move your body.
- Cut out fast food, soda from your diet.
- Fresh lemon in warm water.
- Love the body you have whilst you work towards the body you want.
- Do cardio 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week ( Ex: Swimming, Crunches )
- Know your serving sizes.
- Maintain good posture (it strengthens tummy muscles).
- Strengthen your core.
- Reduce intake of sugar and salt.
- Enrich your diet with fiber.
- Do yoga, Climb Stairs, Leg lifts.
- Do pushes accurately.
- Get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night.
